I am not sure how this company received so many great reviews. They were the second company to come out and give a quote to repair my electrical system as the breaker box kept tripping off. They said I needed two new breaker panels and they would replace them and do the other small electrical repairs for $15,000 that I could finance for 10 years at an interest rate of 24%. At first I was told $150 a month, which didn't make sense and then the guy called the finance department and they came down to 7.8%. What ended up happening is that I canceled all services from this company after I had to reset the breaker box 5 times last Saturday night and unplug everything except the refrigerator. I had to call an emergency electrician the following morning who came out and repaired the connections within the box, replaced one 50amp cartridge and two 40 amp cartridges (told me to keep them because they were still good, only replaced is because they should have been 50 amps). Outstanding!!Service John Wayne technician Wayne came and did a second opinion from Flores Heating and air, which gave me a $500.00 dollar estimate to repair. The technician was able to put the wires back on that they took off, so the wall unit wouldn't work. ,and got the unit working like it was before. They are five???? ???? ???? ???? ???? in my book. And best of all their were no charges. Watch out in this Holiday season people are trying to take advantage of people instead of doing a honest days work. Thank you very much. Happy Holidays!!!!! Very poor workmanship. Asked for my entire old AC unit to be left on property did not do this, took copper tubing and cover panels for inside unit and left trash under my home that was taken off the old system. Did get the copper tubing back from them (as new copper in roll after several attempts to bring me copper that wasn’t mine and not at all the same amount that was take) as for the panels it’s a lost cause. As I’m sure they threw them away. Poor company altogether in my opinion. Lack of communication with employees. Wish I had did business with another company instead. Lesson learned. Will not recommend Jon Wayne to anyone! Now it’s if you didn’t get five star service pops will give your money back!!! Even some compensation would have been nice.
