Zimmermann Air Conditioning & Heating

For reasons unknown to me my thermostat kept resetting itself,  I did not think anything of it, I thought it needed a battery replacement, no Biggy. Then one day my AC/heating system went out. I heard a clunking sound and a bang, then it stopped working. I called Zimmerman Air Conditioning and Heating. They gave me a same-day appointment. They were upfront with the cost for them to come out and  give me a repair estimate. I had a bad thermostat; my blower motor went out and I had a damaged blower wheel assembly caused by a previous electrical surge and repairs. I had no clue what just had happened to my AC/Heating system, Dave the technician took his time and effort to help me understand what all that had gone wrong with my system. Luke was extremely professional and knowledgeable when he came over to work on my AC. he was on time and kept me informed of what was being done. Omar and Anthony were the technicians that serviced my home system. They were able to identify the problem immediately and were able to source parts/materials same day to install. Installation was quick, and they were very thorough when explaining the issues and solutions. I’ve used Zimmerman for several projects, very courteous and helpful.
