The old HVAC system in our duplex was beyond repair and causing us so many problems, but the new system the guys installed is FLAWLESS and the air we now breathe is CLEAN!! They fulfill Fidelity home warranty calls and I had the misfortune of getting them. They refused to do the work order they were paid to do. They did this because I rejected their request to fulfil it in 3 months (my home warranty would expire before then)... By their admission, not because they are too busy, but because they just didn't want to service my particular work order in the next 3 months.. Now what should have been simple is a huge hassle because Fidelity is also incompetent. If you're interested in finding a compassionate company that cares about the community they service I strongly suggest you steer clear.
