Troy Barnett was a joy to work with! He genuinely cares about his clients and wants the best for them. I’m a young women and I always get nervous about doing stuff like this because many companies take advantage of my lack of knowledge and love to tack on the fees for stuff. Even though I didn't use this business, I felt I had to show my appreciation to Marina and Gil Jones. When a water pipe burst on my front lawn, I called and spoke to Marina. She was so sweet and empathetic. She put a priority on my call so someone could come out to my house as soon as possible. Gil Jones arrived, and unfortunately, my brother had called another plumber, who was already present. I let Gil know, and he graciously said no problem. He left but came back soon after to explain the process of fixing the leak and the work involved. What makes him special to me is that he didn't want me to be taken advantage of, and he took the time to make sure I knew what to expect from the other plumber. Fortunately for me, the information that Gil gave me was the same as what I was told, and the leak was fixed.
