Even though I didn't use this business, I felt I had to show my appreciation to Marina and Gil Jones. When a water pipe burst on my front lawn, I called and spoke to Marina. She was so sweet and empathetic. She put a priority on my call so someone could come out to my house as soon as possible. Gil Jones arrived, and unfortunately, my brother had called another plumber, who was already present. I let Gil know, and he graciously said no problem. He left but came back soon after to explain the process of fixing the leak and the work involved. What makes him special to me is that he didn't want me to be taken advantage of, and he took the time to make sure I knew what to expect from the other plumber. Fortunately for me, the information that Gil gave me was the same as what I was told, and the leak was fixed. We absolutely had a GREAT experience with Radiant. Wayne was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and listen to our concerns. He always kept us informed throughout the process. I was contacted by Radiant to perform annual maintenance. Alex, my A/C technician was excellent! He was thorough and explained in detail every issue as he found it. He spent time explaining what was needed immediately to be corrected without pressuring me on my choices. I took the moderate level some issues will be dealt with as needed and my budget allows.
