Andrew was great he told me it would cost me $422 to unblock our sewer line. He fed the snake in & within seconds had it taken care of I told him the reason it does this so he used the camera to see. He ended up charging us $125 & even went with my husband over to the Windy Meadows office to show them that they messed up when connecting house line to sewer line. Recently we had our house  foundation repaired and raised by  Ramjack who  sent out a plumber to perform a hydrostatic test for possible leaks that  usually occur from an aged water system.    A week ago Mr Rooter called and set up a morning date, 27 November,  to do the test.  A plumber arrived punctually and rang our doorbell at 8:15 A.M.   Carlos Medellin identified himself, stated his purpose, what he would be doing & went immediately to work.  We had known him  prevously from another company.     Carlos is a professional who used  modern technology and equipment to perform the test.  We were extremely happy with his work.  He improved the areas where he worked not leaving a mess.   Any future plumbing needs,  we will definitely turn to & recommend Mr. Rooter to others. Update: We used Mr Rooter again today, 30 Oct, to clear two of our sewer lines from tree roots. Carlos did a professional job & also contacted SAWS of root problem on city property. The repair was not performed because it was on the Sprinkler side of the yard. The repairman was very honest and he turned off the sprinkler system at the curb. I will now call the Sprinkler Company for the repair. Services: Plumbing leak detection, Outdoor plumbing system repair
