Dan Perkins of Mr. Rooter really helped our family. We are caring for an ill relative and the only toilet she could use in our home wasn’t working. We tried for over an Hour to fix it ourselves but got nowhere before we reached out for help. Despite being after hours, he showed up promptly with a professional and compassionate demeanor. The repair was not performed because it was on the Sprinkler side of the yard. The repairman was very honest and he turned off the sprinkler system at the curb. I will now call the Sprinkler Company for the repair. Services: Plumbing leak detection, Outdoor plumbing system repair
Technician was professional & worked really hard to clear drain to avoid any more expensive work being needed. Very careful about trying to clean up the mess created by the necessary work.
