I contracted with this company to repair drywall as well as repair a loose step on my staircase. I was quoted $340 - $570 which I felt was a fair price. When the technician, he said the step would only need glue and a few nails. My husband and I discussed and decided we would take care of the step since it didn't need much. The technician left and purchased the items for the drywall and when he returned, I told him he did not need to do the step anymore. He turned and went to do the work on the drywall but couldn't because of a possible leak. At some point, he returned and fixed the step without my knowledge. When the reception called to collect payment, I explained he did not do the drywall nor the step (I didn't know at the time). I knew I would be charged for at least a trip fee. She called back and said he did fix the step and we owe $324 TO FIX ONE STEP that I did not authorize! She is immediately rude and tells me that if I didn't want it fixed, I should have called and let them
