Our roof was damaged by hail while we were out of state. My neighbor put me in touch with Richard at One Ply Roofing. From that point in my absence Richard met with my Insurance adjuster and kept me informed. Once we returned home, we scheduled the work which was complete removal of the old, along with new install. I have made my living working Commercial Construction as Building Super, and can honestly say that it is very rare to work with a company that does not have a weak link somewhere between the Sales team or the Hands on Team doing the actual work.
