Robert Johnson was our technician and he could not have been more helpful. Not only did he take his time explaining how best to service our central air unit, but he listened to our concerns and addressed all our issues. I would highly recommend this A/C company for any and all your air con needs!
Robert Johnson came out to my home almost immediately after contacting A#1Air Houston and patiently analyzed all of the issues with my 21 year old Central Air Conditioning system. He gave me various options to choose from and had our AC system working immediately. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs HVAC repairs or even a new system.
Very knowledgeable team, from the initial sales person to the guys doing the installation. I had a 13+ year old AC system completely replaced (ductwork and all), and I'd say I was charged a fair price. My only complaint is that the installers left some damage to my walls but my house isn't the easiest to navigate and customer service helped out quickly and respectfully. I haven't seen my bill yet but the AC's running well and I now have a good maintenance plan in place with them.
