ASAP HVAC

We hired ASAP HVAC to install a new 16 SEER RUUD AC system. They were prompt, professional, and did a terrific job explaining the installation process and equipment capabilities. What really impressed us, however, was their outstanding customer service AFTER the sale. We started experiencing some issues with the new system and our technician, Brendon Long, came out immediately, on a Sunday, and worked tirelessly to troubleshoot and repair the malfunction. When none of that worked, Brendon drove to Humble, picked up a BRAND NEW unit and stayed after hours by himself to install it; ALL at no additional charge!! He made sure my elderly father had a cool home to sleep in that night. ASAP HVAC stood behind their service and product by going the extra mile to make sure we had a quality experience with our new AC system. With temperatures over 100, our AC stopped working. We called ASAP after 8 pm and they responded the next morning. Brandon responded and quickly diagnosed the problem. He described several repair options in great detail. He made temporary repairs so we could survive the heat until parts arrive. Very impressed with him. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Thank you ASAP, especially Brendon for helping us this past weekend with our outdoor unit.
