It would be nice to actually get ahold of someone at the Houston office. Nobody responds to emails. The phone goes to voicemail that’s not set up. (Even though they insist that they’ve had voicemail for a month. Wow. A month? Laughable at best.) Not sure about the electrical side but I can tell you with security, invest in a dog and a different company. Not sure what I’m paying for or if we are even being monitored at all. DR Horton should really rethink business with them. They were the worst recommendation the builder could have given. Service: Security system installation

Some of the work they did on my new house was subpar. Some of the light fixtures were barely hanging with just one screw. Now I have to go to the hardware store and get matching screws. They also used plastic electrical boxes in the light fixtures as well. I'm getting ready to install ceiling fans soon. My neighbor installed ceiling fans and found that some of circuits were over loaded, so the ceiling fan kept tripping their circuit breaker.

As a State License Journeyman Electrician this company put an ad on there indeed website showing max pay 30$ an hour and that they need industrial, commercial, and residential work done. I went to the interview because they wanted to see me today 8/20/20 at 1 pm I went 15 minutes early and they had me waiting until 45 minutes later. I filled out the application and when they finally decided to speak with me. I spoke the truth about being a high quality electrician, taking pride in my work, and like to get the job done once so there wont be no redo's. This guy said first that he can not pay me that amount and for that amount of 30$ an hour I would have to be lighting fast worker. I explained to him the faster you work something always bad happens safer is better. I would not recommend any of my fellow State License Journeyman Electricians to waste your time with this clowns.
