Can negative stars be an option?. Miss-wired dryer breaker, miss-wired upstairs breaker, now garbage disposal outlet is discovered to not work by these folks. The stream of warranty claims continues. Impossible to get a hold of, they don't respond to e-mails. When calling they pickup then Hang up without saying a word. Only respond when builder foremen calls them. We'll recommend they use someone with quality control in place in the future. I can only imagine getting them to do any warranty work, when I can't get them to do paid work. The several electricians they have sent to my house to fix their installation defects have been pleasant and courteous. Their problems lay in their office staff. When your employees are so blatantly and openly disrespectful and calling customers jerks and not following up with customers or service for months at a time, that is a direct reflection on its leadership team. Employees will do as much as leadership let them. Someone at the top of Templar electric leadership is not thinking globally. Leadership nor the employees are looking out for their stockholders, customers or future growth. They're willing to sacrifice the company being lazy and disrespectful not following up and not responding to all the complaints they have. What a terrible waste of a God given blessing to have a nation wide business. Shame on the CEO, President, Managers and district managers. Read your reviews.

It would be nice to actually get ahold of someone at the Houston office. Nobody responds to emails. The phone goes to voicemail that’s not set up. (Even though they insist that they’ve had voicemail for a month. Wow. A month? Laughable at best.) Not sure about the electrical side but I can tell you with security, invest in a dog and a different company. Not sure what I’m paying for or if we are even being monitored at all. DR Horton should really rethink business with them. They were the worst recommendation the builder could have given. Service: Security system installation
