Arby stopped by this afternoon for an inspection and to quote a new roof and I had a very positive experience. He was right on-time, courteous, professional, he thoroughly explained the problems with our current roof (vents in unnecessary places, poorly done flashing around our patio, bad pipe jacks) and recommendations he had. The whole thing took probably 15 minutes and his quote was spot-on with what I was expecting. My wife even commented on how polite Arby was after he left; usually we just complain about people so this was refreshing. My wife and I still haven't decided which company we're going with yet, but it's clear Arby and his team are one of the better choices.

ABarnes Roofing just completed a repair of a chronic leak on our roof. It has been repaired several times, but never fixed.
