The AC Tech was right on time with a great attitude and a mask to protect himself and respect my family’s health. He went right to work and within ten minutes had found the problem. He replaced the motor run capacitor and that was the solution. We he arrived the thermostat read inside ambient temperature at 88 degrees. After he finished and returned inside, the temperature had dropped to 85 degrees. What a difference!! Dustin, the AC Tech also checked the AC Unit in the attic and gave me information for future maintenance. He was professional at all times with a willingness to answer all my questions. I will definitely use Mitchell Mechanical AC for preparing my AC. Unit for the winter months. I highly recommend their work. Service: A/C system repair

I would love to give 10 stars but Google only allow 5. In my many years in business and a home owner I have never met someone in A/C business as honest as Mr. Mitchell as well as his team. He doesn't waste your time trying to use scare tactics for you to purchasing something you may not need like other A/C companies. Once he troubleshoot the problem he informs you of your options and its up to you. His prices are fair, he and his team are very professional, the housekeeping after the job is excellent and he is very reliable.
