Mitchells Mechanical was contracted to us through a home warranty. The person we spoke with gave us an appointment time of 1PM on 10/3. No call/no show and when we tried reaching him by phone he ignored our calls. We know this because when we contacted the home warranty groups he answered right away for them. He attempted to reschedule us with the same story he gave us yesterday. Having been in the service industry for nearly 20 years, this is up there with some of the most unprofessional conduct I have experienced. We have asked that the home warranty group dispatch another service provider. Zero communication is completely unacceptable. Since I can respond to the owners response directly, I’ll do it here. Don’t set an appointment for a Sunday then completely ignore the customer when they call if you don’t work on Sundays. Your response to my original post about says all I need to know about how you run your business.

The AC Tech was right on time with a great attitude and a mask to protect himself and respect my family’s health. He went right to work and within ten minutes had found the problem. He replaced the motor run capacitor and that was the solution. We he arrived the thermostat read inside ambient temperature at 88 degrees. After he finished and returned inside, the temperature had dropped to 85 degrees. What a difference!! Dustin, the AC Tech also checked the AC Unit in the attic and gave me information for future maintenance. He was professional at all times with a willingness to answer all my questions. I will definitely use Mitchell Mechanical AC for preparing my AC. Unit for the winter months. I highly recommend their work. Service: A/C system repair
