Jared was great about checking the entire roof for any further damage beyond the vent boots that were completely rotted out. He patched them personally so there would be no further damage. The repair guys did a great job repairing all the vents that were damaged and cleaned up well. We had some delays but there was consistent communication and no blame game that some contractors do. I heard good things about this company from a neighbor who used them. Estefon came and inspected the roof and took detailed picture. We moved forward with a new roof. Everyone we dealt with was professional. They communicated with us every step of the way. They showed up on time and did a quality job. Clean up was impressive. Due to Hurricane IDA, I needed an entire new roof in LaPlace. A coworker had recommended All Roofing and Remodeling after they did her roof and her father's roof. She was quite pleased with there response time and quality of work. I called Chandler and set up an inspection and to get an estimate. He explained the process, materials that would be used, and answered all of my questions. The roof repair went smoothly and on schedule.... and somehow didn't scare the devil out of my cats.
