Generator Power Systems

I wanted an estimate of how much a generator would be for my home and they wanted an outrageous price then what other dealers wanted. The service plans look okay but charging double than what the unit costs just turned me off. This is not the only people selling generators people. Call around and get different quotes, it may just save you thousands of dollars.

An ongoing terrible experience. Poor customer service. The owner doesn't take responsibility for the issues we have. We have had the same problem for almost 1 year. Multiple technicians. Someone tells us it's working as designed and another person tells us there's something wrong with it. I expect the same copy/paste response from them to this review. I will make sure any realtor and Heights resident know to steer clear of this place.

Just finished a regular service for my generator. Chris was very friendly and professional. Not only did he examined the components thoroughly, he explained the details and answered my questions patiently. He is also very detailed oriented, reorganized the wires to his sanctification, and wiped out the dirt and leaves. He double checked if I had received the alerts to make sure the generator is ready to go, before he left. The communication with this company was also easy, friendly and professional. Great service!
