Deeply disappointed with the lack of service Dr. Rescue Home Service provided. After contacting them 11 days ago our AC unit still hasn't been fixed. It took 5 days before a technician came to visit (it was rescheduled due to their truck breaking down) and after the technician diagnosed the problem we were told we'd receive a phone call about next steps within 30 min. After more than a half-dozen phone calls & text messages they still have not contacted us regarding the install. They have given us conflicting information from what the Home Warranty company provided and tell me each day I'll get a call later once they are authorized to proceed. In the mean time the home warranty company tells us they haven't received the report from Dr. Rescue. I would never do business with them again!

Service was prompt and direct and the Technician Kelly was very knowledgeable. The price for my service was valued as well. I will be doing business with them in the future. Service: Toilet repair
