Whenever i call Champion Forest A/C and Heating i know with confidence that my issue will be treated promptly and professionally. I had an issue with my heating unit. Paul was out on time and did a great job. He gave me a price range for the work based on how long it would take him to install the part. AC continued to automatically go off. Come to find out the pan was not draining and the backup of water caused it automatic kickoff to occur lines needed to be cleaned out service was excellent very hot and difficult conditions technician was professional and thorough and the arranging and scheduling was excellent I was very busy at the time of the need and the scheduling department set three times for me with no problems are additional charges was so pleased with the price I was able to give a very good tip to the technician.
