High quality service and warranty provided with Carrier brand system. I was also able to finance the payment over 18 months with no interest! Very happy with the purchase.

Update: I just spoke with the owner. He remembers my parents and knows he has not installed it correctly. He cussed at me and was aggressive. I will contact the BBB tomorrow. Please do not do business with this man. My parents are sitting in a home at 95 degrees and diabetic. The ducting has holes where they were to connect. Shame! My 70 year old parents purchased a $15000 unit that has been installed improperly. The compressor broke on the first year. Now, we had an inspector go up and there are holes and the ac is cooling the attic and not my parents. They have been call over and over but never repair the install. Shame.

Expo was a professional team and gave an evaluation of our a/c repair that was easy to understand. The work was done next-day so we were not left without working air conditioning for very long. They even did a follow-up on a small concern we had, and I was beyond impressed. We definitely plan on using them anytime we have any a/c or heating needs.
