E-Zone Electric

Several outlets around our main living room didn't work and the lights couldn't be turned on. We suspected it probably had to do with a faulty circuit breaker. We called E-zone electric out to diagnose the issue. The technicians showed up promptly and very professional. Within 5 minutes of opening the main panel of all the circuit breakers, they found that there was one loose one. All they had to do was tighten the loose one and it was fixed. How much did they charge for this 5-minute diagnostic and tightening of the loose component? $170. When I called the company to ask them why they charge so much for a diagnostic service where they did not have to essential fix or replace any broken component, they said their usual service fee is $65 and the lowest charge is about $90 for a simple service. I asked if they can charge us either $65 for the service call or $90 but they refused. They agreed to reduce $25 from the $170 charge. It was our mistake not to ask how much it cost for a service

I had an electrical problem and I called them. They sent Gabe out the same day and fixed the problem in about 45 minutes. Whether I'm going to replace a breaker box or have any other electrical problem I am going to call E-zone. They were professional, quick, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I could not ask for more. Thank you!

The people were very nice, and got out to our house quickly. That said, they gave us a window of times which I was working around so that I could be there. They called my wife (I had given them her number since she was at home) and came several hours earlier than the beginning of that window. I'm sure it was well intentioned, but I couldn't be there for it that early. When they got there they basically said the breaker that needed replacement was fine and that they wouldn't replace it. It has since continued to fail, and we're using another electrician to fix it. I'm disappointed at the "don't do anything" response since they charged a service fee to come out, and the item has conti used to fail. They seem to be nice folks, but in my experience that type of methodology gets you paid twice, since they'd get another service fee to come out a second time to fix the issue. Had they come during the times prescribes I would have insisted it be fixed since this has been a recurring issue sinc
