This is an honest and straight forward company! I am always leery contacting the plumber because I anticipate being talking into the worst possible situation which will cost the most money. These plumbers took the time to problem solve and consider many options. When they pin pointed the issue the didn't push cutting through dry wall and ripping up pipes. They wanted to make sure the issue could be solved another way, even if that meant we didn't use them at the end of it all. We appreciate their honesty and professionalism!
Unhappy that I was told that they could fix my fallen sink, but when the man came out, he looked at it and said that he couldn't fix it and then charged me $79 for about 1 min. work looking under my sink.
I recently had Kevin and his team install a new tankless water heater and toilets. Cannot say enough of how excellent they completed the work and far exceeded my expectations. I strongly recommend them for any plumbing requirements Service: Water heater installation
