As always North Point came out like they said they would. With a courteous and experienced technician. He looked at the problem. Solve the problem and the charges were quite fair. During a string of 100 degree days the A/C in our rental home (occupied by our daughter) stopped cooling. I called North Point first thing the morning after it quit. Within hours they had a tech on-site. He checked the entire system, diagnosed the problem and corrected the issue at a fair price in about an hour after arriving.
