We called several local plumbing companies to come and replace our water heater. Paradigm had the first available date for the install, and was the lowest price of all we checked. They were on time, good communication and had new heater installed quickly and hauled off the old equipment as well. We called them a second time to come and repair a CPVC pipe FREEZE break in our wall. They had a list and we were added to it and they were here and fixed our broken wall pipe. Additionally the inlet CPVC ball valve had split from the freeze as well. As well as added new ball valves and back flow preventer on our sprinkler system that had also ruptured. All looks clean and works great! We will continue to use them and recommend them as well! Service: Water heater repair
