I can not say enough about Raul Ibarra! My kitchen remodel went smoother than I could have ever imagined. Raul listened to all of my questions without judgement and answered them as professionally as possible. I research contractors of all kinds in advance, and RCI Roofing stood out as an excellent company to take a chance on to give me an honest evaluation of my roof and estimate of a replacement. Eddie was great about answering all my questions in a timely manner, and he worked directly with my insurance company as needed to get all the paperwork submitted and approvals done quickly. Everyone involved showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would. We've had several good rains since then, and so far so good! I was impressed enough to recommend them to my parents, and RCI was honest enough to tell my folks that they didn't need a whole new roof. I would use them again, and I highly recommend them.
