We experienced extensive damages after pipes leaked caused from the 100 year Houston freeze. The water damage impacted parts of the garage, laundry room, and the entire master bath, including the master bedroom. We immediately called Tom and Mike, as I had worked with Mike when our windows were replaced. They came over the next day to assess the damages and work began. Because everything was gutted they shared a creative vision that we couldn't see. The project was clearly written out. We collaborated throughout the entire project and to say that they were patient is an understatement. They were so understanding and compassionate to all that we were going through. Tom handled all the permits and advocated for us while speaking to our inspectors and insurance. They are professional, experienced and thorough.
