Excellent response time and service. I didn’t feel they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I got 3 different estimates based on what my needs were and went with the middle option. Choosing to replace my upstairs outside condenser unit and evaporator in the attic. They also were willing to show me how to keep my condenser coils clean and drain tubes. Our technician, Frank, was very personable and knowledgeable! He was very efficient in addressing the issues we had with our AC, and took extra steps to ensure everything was set up right from now on. We just bought our house at the beginning of Feb and he identified some issues that were missed by others prior to our purchase.
