Just called to get an estimate. Asked for an email and the lady just said "we don't give emails over the phone" and slammed the phone. I guess they are doing too well to care about gaining more business and being respectful.

Across the board - Conditioned Air not has to be - but IS the finest company for aircondioning and heating needs. They installed and have maintained our units for years and delightfully will be our HVAC company for years to come. Do yourself a favor and add this company to the top of your list.

We have been customers of Conditioned Air for over thirty years. They have always been quick to respond and straight forward with their assessments, estimates and repairs. So much so that we had them install a replacement system when that became necessary some years back. We have a service contract with them and it is well worth it. Last weekend we had a problem. So we called it in, Eric was here within two hours, late on a Saturday afternoon mind you, to take care of us. And that is the way we feel about the experience, we were taken care of...professionally...as always. But in this particular case, Eric was the best of the best as far as I'm concerned. He put up with my concerns, answered all of my questions, and got us cool again in no time. I was in the service business for over 50 years, so I understand what reputation is all about. If you call this company, you will not be disappointed. Top notch, and has been as long as we have dealt with them. I highly recommend them. Services
