Found some water mark behind the second floor bathroom vanity cabinet and first floor ceiling, called the company. They were very responsive and was able to send help within an hour. I was told it was $65 for the plumber to come to take a look, when he arrived, he told me the investigation is $200 for which he cut a small piece of drywall to take a look on the pipe behind the vanity and suspected it could be ac drain overflow since there was also a spot of the ac drain pipe not being capped in the attic and it could be clogged ac drain overflowing through that pipe. Even though everything was not certain, his solution was to just seal the cap. In the end, charge $230 to put a plastic cap on a small tube and left with uncertainty. Also, he told me since it's the ac drain pipe behind the cabinet, he can't do any investigation and I had to call AC to look on the pipe and do any unclog for which I don't understand as I saw other review for this company saying they do ac drain unclog.
