Great experience from my initial phone call. Service was as scheduled, on time and professional. The service tech Dylan was fantastic, answered all questions and was very thorough. The best HVAC company and people I have ever experienced. My systems are now covered by Integrity and I couldn’t be more pleased. I recommend Integrity to any and everyone for simple maintenance to installation.

I’ve been using this business since I moved into my first home about a year ago. As a first time home buyer I cannot express more gratitude to the technicians and staff who help me take care of my home. They are always available when I need them, professional, reasonably priced, educated and take the time to educate you as well. I have had nothing less than wonderful experiences with them. I don’t usually take the time to give reviews but this one deserves it. Just woke up to a ceiling leak from my AC unit at 3 am. Called as soon as I found it and they had a great technician, Dustin, come out right away and fix the problem all in about an hour and a half. Beyond grateful and they have a client for life. Highly recommend!

I had service to my system today by one of Integrity's technicians, Joshua Hay. I was very pleased and impressed with the service he provided and the manner in which he conducted himself. We had to wait for a UV bulb to be delivered for him to install it and while we waited he picked up fallen limbs and branches in my yard and also answered some questions I had about house maintenance in general.
