Crossway Mechanical just completed a large three-day job installing a new AC system, reconfiguring ductwork and adding an integrated dehumidifier. Brian and his team are very different from every other AC company we have used over the past 30 years. He and his team solved our humidity and colling problem by taking system measurements, evaluating our whole home needs and designing a properly configured system. Brian invests in his staff and their equipment. The installation crew takes great pride in their work and takes the extra time to do the install the best way possible without cutting corners. After the equipment was installed, they took many air flow measurements to make sure the system was working within design parameters. The serviceman was very prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. He completed what needed to be done and made recommendations of things that could be done but we're not immediately necessary. There was no high pressure to buy anything we didn't need.
