The serviceman was very prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. He completed what needed to be done and made recommendations of things that could be done but we're not immediately necessary. There was no high pressure to buy anything we didn't need.
I cannot say enough positive things about this company! Brian Wright is not only a brilliant HVAC professional, but he is kind, caring, and passionate about his work and his customers. He did incredible forensic work / testing and consulting for our new-ish build in Georgia, and he gave us valuable info we needed to make the right decisions for our home and family. You'd be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't choose Crossway Mechanical!
As is always the case, our A/C went out sometime between 8 and 10 PM on Saturday night during a holiday weekend. It can never be Wednesday at 10 AM. In any event, Jose with Crossway called me at 7:30 Sunday morning (Mother's Day) to let me know he could come take a look. He arrived within 40 minutes and had the A/C working again shortly after. It doesn't get any better than the service Crossway Mechanical provided. Thank you, Jose! Service: A/C system repair
