The owner responded to our unusual situation with the confidence and professionalism that other plumbers lacked. His price was better, too! He was able to tackle our job in a short time frame and got the work done very quickly. His kindness and warm sense of humor made an unfortunate situation so much easier to tolerate. If you’ve got a plumbing need, He is definitely the guy you want working on your home.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!!!! They made me pay a $450 service fee before giving me any estimate on when a plumber could come. I didn’t hear anything back the first day about when a technician would come. I called back the second day to express my frustration and was told a customer service manager would call soon. No calls. I called again on the third day and was told the same. No calls. On the fourth day I called back and asked for a refund since I hadn’t yet received service and another plumber had come. They said they’d file my complaint and a customer service manager would call back to issue a refund. Surprise, surprise, NO CALLS!!!! Another plumber came and fixed all 7 of my pipe breaks for less than $450. Call literally anyone but this plumber. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
