Gladstone Plumbing Co gave a great quote on replacing the polybutylene piping that needed to be replaced in the home I was buying after flunking a home plumbing inspection. The plumber was professional and personable. The water was only shut off for a couple of hours and not days like I had feared.
The owner responded to our unusual situation with the confidence and professionalism that other plumbers lacked. His price was better, too! He was able to tackle our job in a short time frame and got the work done very quickly. His kindness and warm sense of humor made an unfortunate situation so much easier to tolerate.
