I was concerned because one of my GFCI outlets was tripping over the weekend (a lot of rain) so I called them because they are advertised as open 24 hours. Immediately after I scheduled my service Ryan gave me a call to address my immediate concerns. The next morning he came and did an overall inspection and was very thorough and professional. I had a few elecrical issues I was concerned about in my home. I was sure I was going to be looking at quite a bit of work. Thanks to Ryan, I was able to address all the issues at a very reasonable price. Things I was certain I was going to have to replace, turns out I didn't. I was very impressed with his honesty, knowledge and explanations of what to replace and what not to be concerned with for it posed no danger nor was faulty.
