Was at the house within an hour after the call. Fixed a burnt wire in the furnace and was on his way. It was 82 degrees in the house and getting hotter. They could have pretty much named their price that day because it was so hot, but they charged a very fair price that I was happy with. Would definitely call them back out if needed.
Reids was responsive, came out next day, and Greg was right on time. He explained the issue, did his due diligence and checked multiple possible causes for the problem, and in the end, fixed the unit by adding refrigerant. Service: HVAC system repair
