Kole came out to address an issue with our AC no longer blowing cold air. He arrived just a bit before the arrival window and had our issue pinned down in less than 10 minutes. Tyler and the staff at Air Monkey are awesome! They return phone calls, show up when they say they will arrive, and stand behind their work. Due to the crazy parts shortage, a part for our ac was available nearly two hours away. Our repair guy actually drove to get the part so that we could have cool ac.
