James was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and offered a complete system at a VERY fair price. He made sure I understood all of my options and once I decided, he completed the installation in record time. I'm very pleased with my new AC and will be using Steadfast AC again in the future. James was amazing! Same day service on a weekend. Communicated when he'd be able to be here. Came out promptly on time. Quickly diagnosed our issue while explaining to me everything he was looking at and doing while he did it. And he had our house cooling in no time. Will be using him again!
I have been working with James and Armando from steadfast for about 10 years now. They have never failed to exceed my expectations. They are conscientious, amiable, and professional. They come in, do the work, clean up, and leave the place better than when they found it. And, if they use your garden hose, it'll be coiled up absolutely perfectly. I still wonder how they do that.
