Spencer (our tech) was a true warrior! He spent multiple hours fixing the issue and was not satisfied until our system was functioning as intended. Very happy to have been dispatched with such a professional and caring young man. The lady that answered my call was also very professional and patient as my situation was not common having to deal with a home warranty. Very much appreciate all of you at DANCO!

Danco Comfort Services is the BEST! I can’t thank them enough for helping us out — from beginning to end they were on top of everything and made our experience as easy and seamless as possible. As a first time homeowner, I truly didn’t know what to expect and what would happen if one of our major appliances gave out. I have heard other people’s stories with similar situations, and it has never been positive… Because of this, I am going to take the opportunity to brag on Danco and their team of people. Wednesday night our A/C went out. The weekend was quickly approaching, and I immediately began to stress about how much this would cost us and how long we would have to wait before someone could schedule a time to come by. So Wednesday at 11:47pm, I started googling and came across Danco’s website in which I was able to request an appointment within minutes. I had a representative call me promptly Thursday morning at 8am, and a technician arrived to assess the situation a few hours later.

Robert, from Danco, serviced my mini split yesterday. As always, he did a phenomenal job. His attention to detail Is amazing . He explains everything he’s doing, educating me as he goes along. Aside from his high level of expertise, he is very personable and professional. Best of all, my house is so cool now, it’s fantastic! Thank you Robert.
