I was scheduled for 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and at 7:45 a.m. I received a text that the technician was on the way. No phone call to see if this was acceptable. The technician, as always, was friendly, professional, and thoroughly professional. There was one issue with the a/c unit which he identified and explained to me. Five gold stars to the technician, zero to the office for failure to let me know that they would like to move my appointment up by two hours. Services: A/C system maintenance, Cleaning
