Due to the storm our large sycamore tree came down and took our power line with it pulling the in feed mast off of the house. Bassett Electric was highly recommended to us by our electrician who was not available to do the repair. They did a magnificent job, they installed a new mast and meter box and all new wire to our power panel. These men were friendly, professional and went out of their way to get us up and running. They contacted the power company to get our power restored. They also cleaned up the job site very well. We could not be happier with the job they did. Thanks boys! Where do they get off being this expensive? I had a GFCI outlet that kept tripping and I thought there might be some faulty wiring. After spending a total of 30 mins at my house and replacing a $3 outlet, I get a bill of $207. What happened to honest work? $75 dispatch fee, $110 time fee, $22 material fee. If I wasn't so pissed I'd be laughing at their unmitigated self importance.
