I went into this store to get a tub drain kit for plumbers working on my basement. Though I got what I needed I was treated poorly. The employee that helped me acted annoyed and put out that I did not know the exact terminology for the drain kit. I figure if I’m utilizing any business where I’m paying for something I should be at least treated with respect. I would not recommend doing business here if this is the acceptable culture for this business.

I had Peterson Plumbing put together the plan for my home irrigation system. They sent Ray, he knows his stuff. I only looked at half a dozen stores in the valley but this was the only place that sent a person to my property to take measurements of the property as well as test the water pressure. I think this made a big difference as my property has slope that an aerial drawing would not have depicted. Ray mentioned that he chose heads that would account for water runoff because of the slope. All things I’m sure one could figure out on their own, but this method is foolproof. And if you opt into buying the plumbing through them the cost of having them make the plan is refunded. They laminated a plan on 17”x24” paper which is awesome because it is so easy to read. I couldn’t believe how much easier it made the whole process as I did the actual installation on my own. And all the details are printed in fine print on the plan so any ad-hoc adjustments I had to make were easy to keep withi
