EDIT: I don't think I can leave a second review, so I will add to this one. We had a wonderful experience with Gary Rick's services this week. We had our annual tune up a month ago, and then started having issues last week. They came out a second time at no charge because we had the annual tune up. Unfortunately our blower and another part had gone out in our 16 year old unit. Shawn gave us all the different options, and was so patient and thorough in explaining them. Ultimately we decided to get a new AC and furnace, since we anticipated having to replace them soon anyways, rather than trying to fix the old units. On Friday we were able to schedule for Monday! So we were only without ac for a couple days (thank goodness in this heat!). On Monday morning Gary came personally to double check everything and made a some slight adjustments. Several positive things to say: I was first impressed with Gary Ricks Services when I saw how thorough their technicians were on furnace and A/C inspections (Shawn came twice and another technician, who was also great, came once). They take time to do a proper inspection, unlike other experiences I have had with other companies in the past. They also take the time to explain what they are doing, which I really appreciate. Recently my 20+ year old A/C quit and I had Gary Ricks Services replace the A/C and the furnace. I was so appreciative of how respectful all of the technicians (Michael Ciccone, Michael Winters, and Ralph) that worked on the system were in my home during the install. They were all very receptive to my concerns and were accommodating of some minor requests I made during the process. Today Shawn came out to see if he could repair my swamp cooler..It needs several parts . We discused many options . Stephanie from the office is going to get some pricing together and email it to me on the different options . Both were very polite and professiol. I am very impressed with the quality of service I recieved today. I scheduled my future appointment.
