My 28-year-old furnace quit so I decided to replace both furnace and AC since the AC was same age. Western Mechanical installed my first one 28 years ago, so I knew from experience they were very reputable. They were really busy and initially had a lead time of about 3 weeks but because of we were in a really cold spell, they worked me in early since I had no heat. Bryson and partner did a great job, got it installed in one day and I had heat again. They both cleaned up their workspaces prior to leaving. Very responsive and communicative. Showed up on time. Best price when shopping around (they include electrical in their bid so I didn’t have to schedule my own electrician and I knew exactly what I would be paying for AC). They did a great job strategizing wear to place my AC unit in an old house. House has been a perfect and cool temperature! Service: Install AC
