We are very satisfied with our experience with RoofTek. The installers were very professional and did a great job on our roof. Overall, good service. I had some struggles getting in touch with a scheduler to arrange a date for installation, but once that was done, Brian Calderon, the installation lead, made contact quickly. I was out of town and unable to inspect the process, so they provided pictures of every stage of the installation. They were done in 2 days, and the roof looks great. I found a couple of exposed nails that needed to be sealed, and Brian came within an hour of my complaint to fix it and reinspect for any other issues. My only real complaint is that we agreed where to put the dumpster, the dumpster driver called and we verified the arrangement, but the dumpster ended up being put somewhere else and did minor damage to the lawn. It's a pricey service, and I get the impression they don't really care to do non insurance work. For an insurance claim, it was well worth it. I don't know that I'd have paid the quote if I had to pay cash though. Service: Roof installation

We couldn’t be more impressed with our experience with RoofTek. On the front end we worked with Tony Poole, who was super helpful and patient as we figured out the contract and all of our insurance questions. The actual installation was done by Brian Calderon and his team. They were professional, kind and super respectful while working on our house. They were also incredibly quick and efficient!
