I contacted 4 plumbing companies about issues with my tankless water heater. Millcreek was by far the best experience. They responded quickly, communicated well, didn't try to sell me on a new heater before looking at repair options, and when we determined that I needed a new water heater their bid was half of what another company quoted me. My wife and I are very pleased with the repipe they performed on our house.
