I contacted 4 plumbing companies about issues with my tankless water heater. Millcreek was by far the best experience. They responded quickly, communicated well, didn't try to sell me on a new heater before looking at repair options, and when we determined that I needed a new water heater their bid was half of what another company quoted me. What great service. This great service started with a call back the same day. After explaining what needed to be done (faucet, dishwasher and new shutoffs installed), Miguel came out the next day for a quote and installation. Pricing and worked was thoroughly explained. Along with some other questions I had. The house was built in the 50’s, so there’s pipes running everywhere. After the work was completed in the time stated, everything was cleaned up and once again, we went over everything done. Great work from a great company. Hands down, Millcreek Plumbing is Top Notch.
