Another company tried to get me to buy a brand new furnace due to a CO issue, yet they had no data to show me the problem. They just showed me blurry images that were unimpressive at best. I brought on Ponds for another opinion and they brought a meter to analyze the gases coming out of the furnace. The furnace is operating perfectly. We were happy to have Steve Snowball come this evening to unplug our toilet. He showed us ways we could try to unplug the toilet ourselves. But when that didn't work he came himself in a timely manner. His work was well done and he talked to us about what was happening all the way. As we visited with Steve he shared with us some fun things about his dogs. I had ask him to tell us about them and were happy that he did. It was a pleasant evening all the way around.
