Sam and Woody at Shamrock Plumbing were excellent. What we thought was a clogged drain turned into re-doing all the piping on a whole sink. They worked quickly and kept me updated on everything they were doing so I could approve it before they did it. They explained things to me thoroughly as I am a novice and wasn't sure what was going on. I am grateful for their hard work. The sink works perfectly now and the price was very fair. Fantastic job by Shamrock as always. They really did me a favor as water heater broke down and stopped working. The scheduler who was fantastic arranged for a tech to come out first thing as we had no hot water in the house. Ethan was the tech specialist who was incredible— knowledgeable, professional, diligent and able to bring in and install a new water heater in the morning. We recently reached out to Shamrock for a "second opinion" on a reverse osmosis system replacement. We were assigned to John and were immediately connected with him to set up a visit. We've had bad (and overpriced) experiences with some of the bigger names in town that you would recognize from their TV and mail campaigns. John was honest, professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in giving us good value. The RO system quote was fair and competitive and he solved a couple other problems left by the other companies while he was waiting for some return vendor calls. Shamrock will definitely be our first call from here on and we plan to have them back.
