To start with, our furnace was 19 years old when we bought our house, it was the first day we worked out the A/C and our utility room in the basement flooded. We were so thrilled that they were able to get us on the schedule and helped diagnose and fixed the problem and professionally. Yes we had to get a new furnace and coil, but I felt like they weren’t up selling or charging us outrageous prices. As a little background, our last house we had a company quote us almost triple the price for a furnace, so we were a little nervous about working with another company. This company was really easy to work with! Also the first unit they had brought out wasn’t perfect so they quickly got a new one and installed it! I could not have had a better experience. I had a list of things that my husband had written down for me that we needed prices for. I went over to the 'Pro' side and (forgive me for not remember her name) she was AWESOME! It took her no time to get me a price list for my multiple items. She was knowledgeable and went out of her way to help! I was in and out of there in a matter of minutes (this would have taken me days!)
