The 2 technicians were professional and kind with kids, and understanding of dogs barking in their crates. Service went smoothly and quickly. Highly recommend! Service: HVAC system maintenance
One of the absolute worst experiences I've ever had with a service company. They left drywall pieces all over the area they were working in and didn't bother to clean up their personal trash or the other things of ours they spilled all over. They also unplugged our fridge downstairs to use the plug and didn't bother plugging it back in after they were done so now everything is spoiled. -10/10 service. They also kept reassuring my wife they were doing the work as quickly as possible so I'm hoping it was done correctly, but I'm not holding my breath. Edit- The owner tried to make things better so I added one star.
They were professional and responded quickly with updates or notices. The work got done in a timely manner, and they didn't leave any messes. Service: HVAC system maintenance
