CSA Heating & Air

We had our home built by Arive almost 3 years ago. We thought we would be proactive and hire a company to come and service our HVAC; it was another company, not CSA Heating & Air. We were informed that there were leaks in both of our AC units that were related to the installation. We had another company come to give us a second opinion and they confirmed as well that there were leaks related to the installation. Both companies, independent of one another, indicated that there would not have been any leaks if the installation was done properly. We reached out to Arive, who informed us that CSA Heating & Air was was the company who did the installation. CSA Heating & Air was responsive in setting up an appointment. Tre came out and also confirmed there were leaks. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy and cold, so he couldn’t complete the full repair. He was able to crimp what was needed to stop further leakage. I went to speak with the owner of CSA Hearing & Air Dustin Anderson, to tell him that I have been speaking with his secretary, because my air conditioning does not cool enough and the lines freeze and do not make cold air, they went to my house 4 times to put refrigerant in it and the leak continues, the owner of the company Justin told me that it is because I cannot set the temperature below 75°, which are city rules, so I spoke to the city that this is a lie that I can set the temperature that I want. The last time their technicians went to check they said everything was fine and they charged me and my air conditioner still does not cool. He would have taken care of his defective installation, he would have made the repairs for free but he charged and in the end he did not fix anything. I advise you not to contract the services of CSA, this way you will avoid many headaches and above all money, it is a terrible company.

My review is not about the employees or workmanship, but the owner and how she treats her employees, as well as customers. She is very toxic to her employees, and the way she treats customers is no different (see reviews about yelling, screaming, and cursing at customers). I, as well as other employees are embarrassed by the way she talks to other employees, customers, and the way she talks about customers in the office. Better change your filters or be ready for a tongue lashing. Unfortunately for csa, she is the face of the company, not in a good way. It's sad that even some the other trades, and suppliers know of her, as she's been on site yelling, screaming and cursing at them. I've noticed that some of the "5 star" reviews are from friends and relatives. This is the only employer ever to get a negative review from me, and probably my only negative review on Google. I feel sorry for anyone who is present when she reads this!
