Manwill Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

Manwill put in a Lennox heat pump for us 7 years ago and it's worked great ever since. We decided to do a tune-up even though the pump was still working great. We were told we needed a recharge during the service, which we agreed to. They charge $185 per pound of coolant (we were told we needed 2 lbs) and $99 for a service fee. Kind of expensive I thought, but we'll see if our already fine heat pump does any better. Probably won't do another tune-up at those prices until it actually breaks.

Manwell identified the problem with my air conditioning and fixed it quickly and easily. I had called them out as a second opinion. First call was with Same day heating and air who said my thermostat wasn’t working and for $900 they would fix it. They said I needed a new furnace. For all of this the cost ranged from $1500 to over $1600. Depending on if I got a new system. Manwell fixed my thermostat and quoted me $650 for a new blower. I called Manwill on a Thursday morning as my air conditioning had stopped cooling and a trouble code appeared. They scheduled me for the following Monday, as that was the earliest possible time. She asked if I would like to be contacted if an earlier time was available. I said yes. In less than an hour she called to see if there would be someone available that afternoon! The technician came and diagnosed and repaired the problem. Manwill installed my system years ago and has always taken good care of us.
