Plumbing Plus

I have used Plumbing Plus for 3 years. I've used them for my rental properties and for my own home. They're honest, punctual, efficient (i.e. they can find the REAL problem and fix it the first time), and professional. Both the office staff and field plumbers are awesome. I've had only 5 occasions to use them, but every experience has been easy. I wouldn't call any one else for my plumbing needs and have recommended them to all my friends and family. We called Plumbing Plus to check out a leaky water heater. They came to check it out. They advised that we needed a new water heater and we paid for it. First, they brought the wrong size and then had to go back and get a different size, prolonging the project. When we sill had leaking water a week later, we found out the water in our crawl space was never due to a faulty water heater, it was due to a damaged water pump. I was angry enough to be pressured into a purchase of a water heater I didn't need, but then they charged us $100 to come and verify the work they did. Not happy. Will never use again. Will recommend NOT to use them. When my husband called to dispute, he could only negotiate to half price of the service charge. If they won't even come out to review the work, how can I believe they will follow through on any warranty? Services: Water heater installation, Water heater repair

We hired someone to come and help install our tub and they did everything incorrectly. The plumber was in such a rush, they did not even say goodbye. When it came time for us to start tiling, we had to re-do everything we hired the plumber to do such as re-centering the tub, buying a new drain (we needed stainless steel and they bought chrome), not putting the valves on correctly, and not making sure the tub would drain correctly. When we called to adjust the bill, they only said they would take off the first half hour price, which is $40. I do not recommend this business.
