I was so happy to find Dave at SM Heating & Air. He was a life saver! A competitor was going to charge me $15,000 for a brand new HVAC system, and as a second opinion I called him. He was very thorough and found what was wrong with my system in about an hour and a half! The cost was extremely reasonable. Dave took care of us a few months back with a furnace replacement. He made sure the new furnace was tuned to spec and that everything was safe. He is very thorough and cares about his clients. Dave did an excellent job replacing my Trane whole house electronic air cleaner with the Honeywell 4 inch filter rack. Keeping the filter clean and the A/C running better will be much easier now.
