Jenny W was an AMAZING tech. She came in listened to the issues, was efficient and quick with her troubleshooting, gave me some great options and a path forward and within 45 min of her arrival I had cold air blowing again. I had an emergency water heater repair that needed to be fixed ASAP! I called Same Day and they were very helpful, responsive and great to work with. They were able to get my water heater working within the day I called and they pricing was very reasonable. Our original appointment wasn’t until 8/22. I received a call this morning saying a technician could come out today. I loved how they look into making adjustments with their scheduling and were able to come a couple weeks early. Michael was in time, really polite and personable! Wasn’t pushy for other services and explained what if anything was needed. This is why I keep using Same Day. Great service and employees!
