Universal Garage Door Repair

My 25 year old motor finally went out. I called Universal Garage Door in the afternoon and they were able to schedule for the next morning. The person I talked to was very accommodating. Jose, the tech, showed up a few minutes early and updated everything with new motor, spring, rollers, cables, sensor, and controls. Just what I needed and what a difference. Very quick, professional, and pleasant!

I had a broken garage door opener needed to be replaced. I checked with couple liftmaster dealers but I got a good deal here and I went with the top model which was still less than what other dealers quoted me for an intermediate model. The installation went smooth and Jose did his best to smooth out the garage door despite being too old. It still works well to this day.
