Universal Garage Door Repair

I had a broken garage door opener needed to be replaced. I checked with couple liftmaster dealers but I got a good deal here and I went with the top model which was still less than what other dealers quoted me for an intermediate model. The installation went smooth and Jose did his best to smooth out the garage door despite being too old. It still works well to this day.

I was lucky to get a same day garage door repair after the spring and cables broke from age. Jose, the repairman, was friendly and informative about the process of repair and the workings of the door and opener system. We’re grateful to be able to open our garage door again. I didn’t compare pricing, but the cost seemed fair. I would use them again.

Originally I had a service tune-up done in May and the nice technician came out and did the work in a timely manner. Even did a good deal on rehanging our new motor box for us and everything. Fast forward 5 months and we have the same issue with the garage door as the original issue with the tune-up servicing, and I called, they sent someone over immediately and the technician looks at it for 10 minutes and says oh well I just don't have time for this and we will have to schedule you for next week at some point. THEN WHY COME OUT? Why put expectations on the customer that it is getting taken care of to walk away from them? He takes photos and leaves. No call from the office, and in fact when I try to call them to get ahold of them they've blocked my number from calling it seems as it doesn't go through and just hangs up.
