Universal Garage Door Repair

I couldn't be happier with the help and service I received when getting a new garage door. Cory (our tech/sales) went above and beyond to help us make the right choice of style and color, and even helped coordinate an install around a challenging travel schedule we had. I was impressed and have referred them to my neighbors and will continue to use them. 5 stars.

Originally I had a service tune-up done in May and the nice technician came out and did the work in a timely manner. Even did a good deal on rehanging our new motor box for us and everything. Fast forward 5 months and we have the same issue with the garage door as the original issue with the tune-up servicing, and I called, they sent someone over immediately and the technician looks at it for 10 minutes and says oh well I just don't have time for this and we will have to schedule you for next week at some point. THEN WHY COME OUT? Why put expectations on the customer that it is getting taken care of to walk away from them? He takes photos and leaves. No call from the office, and in fact when I try to call them to get ahold of them they've blocked my number from calling it seems as it doesn't go through and just hangs up. Had to call someone else and it was over $450! for labor and parts and these were the areas of concern during the tune-up I questioned and asked about new track, new c
